Immigration

On June 15, 2012, the Secretary of Homeland Security announced that certain people who came to the United States as children and meet several key guidelines may request consideration of deferred action. An applicant who is granted deferred action will not be deported and qualifies for a work permit renewable every two years.

Seize the dream now with deferred action for dreamers!

Wasatch Legal Services, PLLC is committed to helping eligible undocumented youth (DREAMers) avoid deportation and exercise prosecutorial discretion set forth in the immigration framework by President Obama and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.
